EBOLA Detection Kits Deployed To National Guard Units In All 50 States

(POTR)  On April 8th Congress was informed by the the Department of Defense [DoD] that because of emerging threats JBAIDS hemorrhagic fever assays have been deployed to National Guard units of all 50 States.

“By partnering with the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command and the Food and Drug Administration, we have made accessible additional diagnostic assays for high consequence, low probability biological threat agents for use during declared public health emergencies. This collaboration has facilitated the availability of viral hemorrhagic fever diagnostic assays for use during a declared emergency and adds previously unavailable preparedness capabilities to this fielded system…

To address the need for a near term capability to combat emerging threat materials, we have already provided Domestic Response Capability kits to the National Guard weapons of mass destruction civil support teams resident in all 50 states. These kits provide emerging threat mitigation capability that includes detection, personnel protection, and decontamination.”

It is unclear how real or imminent the threat may be, but it is clear that a massive surge of Governmental spending and preparedness has occurred since Hemorrhagic H7N9 Bird Flu came on the scene in 2013 and those preparedness activities are accelerating as EBOLA has started to gain momentum in Africa. (see links below)

There are multiple vignettes one could put forth for these governmental activities ranging from simple wasteful defense spending, to airborne mutated EBOLA, or an expected biological first strike prelude to WW3. The preparations seem to lean towards the latter. Rather than worry about the situation, the best course of action is be aware of the unusual military equipment which would be utilized in a defense situation, as such information will provide leading edge risk mitigation actionable information to threats that may result in mass panic or mass quarantine.

In that regard, spotting the field use of the biomedical equipment shown below is an extremely strong indicator that a Biodefense operation is underway. Pay special attention to the JBAIDS device shown below, its presence at any medical or field facility is prima facie evidence of a high risk medical event of disastrous proportion. For mobile applications the JBAIDS device is carried in the Bio sampling vehicles shown below.

Ebola is man made. Your own government created it and now is releasing it on the people.

    • Bozzy Willis

dipshit, the incubation period is 21 days ,, puss head

      • Matibob

And your comment CLEARLY indicates that the US government did not have anything to do with this recent Ebola outbreak. So a 21 day incubation period indicates said virus is not manmade? Really?????? I am not stating that the government was behind this. I do not possess any inside info however your post defines nothing pertaining to the matter at hand. Please clarify.

        • concienciaradio .

Ebola normally incubates at 5 days and liquefies your organs as you bleed out of all your orifices. So… someone tweaked a gene here and there, splice here and there… lickety splice and voila! PANDEMIC VIRUS IS BORN. Only the Dutch, the Brits and the DOD are capable of this. Well, then there are the Russians and Chinese and the Iranians, all them can be behind this too. Great culling anyone?

      • NoChip4Me

So why are you so rude? Name calling instead of discussing. Your the dipshit and a ass hole. Whether it’s man made or not try to focus. With a kill rate of about 90% instead of being such a jerk you better start trying to play nice…………BULLY!

      • c a martin

Wrong, 2-21 days with an average of a week. The incubation period of the Bozzy Willis is unknown.

  • Jakob Stagg

I thought the first view of blood oozing from every orifice was a pretty reliable indicator of the infection. So, what are the detection kits supposed to do? Replace eyeballs?

    • Bozzy Willis

they check for stupidity…. you sir have been detected

      • Ranger_Ric

Although that is quite funny (thank you for the chuckle, I needed one) there are a lot of people who don’t know.

        So Jakob…

In addition to the fact that it has a long incubation period, not all people are carriers.

Secondly, this pathogen does not always cause external bleeding. I believe it’s less than half the patients that show this symptom.

You can’t tell by looking at a person if they are infected or if they are contagious.

        • whodowetrust

Hard to tell if a person is ill with something else or one of the deadly diseases like Ebola, that have a very high kill rate.
I was scheduled to take a flight and a person (also book on that flight) in the boarding /waiting area was very, very ill.Several people complained and we were told that the ill person could and would be on that flight and we could not do anything to prevent their flying with us.
It would have been nice to know we were not being exposed to Ebloa, given the fact that a recent Ebola death was in a person who went down at a major airport and later died of Ebola. Several health care workers using protective gear have also contracted Ebola, some of them are now dead.
Kind of makes me wonder if the scientists who died on the plane that was recently shot down may have had a breakthrough (as was reported) and that they may have saved countless lives (had they not been murdered).AIDS and Ebola are both viral diseases.
There are reports of people from affeceted countries coming into America, due to our now open borders.

          • Ranger_Ric

They are also both from Africa. Why is it that Africa has never given anything to world but pain and suffering?

The native people there (to this day) have never built a seafaring ship capable of crossing an ocean, that should tell you something about the race that inhabits that continent.

Maybe there is a reason AIDS and EBOLA happened there? Unfortunately, today there are means of transport (built and operated by civilized races with average IQ’s above the 80 mark which is typical in Africans) that allow it off that continent and pose a risk to the rest of the world.

Yes, it is one of the final horsemen.

      • Please tell me this is a dream

        • Bozzy Willis

          thanks, I assume you are a anti-racist?

          • ALSimers

I didn’t fight the Japs in Europe and the Germans in the pacific to not be called that!

          • Bozzy Willis

            YOU have been detected too

          • ALSimers

sorry :( i’ve got to go change my diaper now

          • Dkong

Dont you mean the Japs in the pacific and Germans on Europe?

        • ALSimers

          Are you a cia-bot?

  • teller123

Man made or not doesn’t matter. What should matter is these SOB’s running the country let these people in knowingly and willingly. There are over 300 million people in this country and what are we doing about it? Tuning in the MSM and burying heads in the sand. Campaigning is charging on. The mid terms are coming. I wouldn’t vote for any of these dirt bags and if the masses would pull their heads out and face reality we should have dragged those people out of office and into their own FEMA camps with their own NDAA law, seizing their assets, securing the borders and taking control of this mess. We have lost this battle and I see no one standing up to stop it. Yep lots of people would die but they’re gonna kill us off anyways. Might as well go down fighting instead of just sitting here allowing it to happen. I strongly suspect what’s left of the military in the lower ranks would stand up if they knew they had the support of the people. I SUPPORT THEM and I would take up arms with them. I have nothing to lose and I know where I am going when this life is over.

in other news the national guard deploys to Fort Dietrich to cease once and for all the creation of ebola and hiv aids and cancer. thus fulfilling their oaths to protect us against the domestic threat… the dark occultists in command

Done “on purpose” ! What makes TPTB think they won’t get it????????

Get rid of the damn cup ad, I try to avoid id and would never click on it. I bet many think the same way

  • NoChip4Me

Our borders were opened up to cull the herd so those of us FINALLY WAKING UP are more manageable. People before our numbers dwindle we all better focus, unite and start to turn this bus around before it’s too late. Stop waiting for the other person to engage.

MERCK, under a Defense Contract, released it in UGANDA and ZAIRE in the 90s. Now, anyone can tweak these viruses and deploy them. Ebola is not indigenous of cities, it is a jungle virus! Why is it hitting the big cities then if it was not intentionally released? Then the pneumonic plague in Colorado, MERSCov which suddenly jumped from camels to humans breaking the species barrier, the resistant strains of Tuberculosis, this new incurable Chikungunya, Dengue, West Nile, Bubonic Plague in China and Peru, all in the last year… nature taking its course? Yes, with a little help from those that wish to reduce us.-Alexander Backman
